IWV data are converted from GPS ZTD (Level 1a), using surface pressure and temperature (Meteo-France surface stations).

 4 rows: date ZHD IWV SIGMA
 - date format: yymmdd.hh
 - ZHD = calculated from Saastamoinen formula and observed surface pressure

 - SIGMA = converted from ZTD precision (see readme.txt for ZTD files)
